College Food

As a college student I have found that life is about what's cheapest and easiest because I have little time and even less money. Food is no exception for that rule, but at the same time I'm not opposed more expensive recipes as long as they are good. This blog is dedicated to some of my most favorite recipes. Feel free to try them for yourself! :D

Three Cheese Chicken Alfredo Bake

This recipe is one that my sister recently found. I helped her cook it both times that we have cooked it, and I absolutely love this recipe. We eat it up fast when we make this. It's pretty easy to cook and absolutely worth the amount of time to make it.

Ingredients:

2 cups Chicken
2 cloves Garlic
2 tsp Parsley
2 (16 oz) containers of Alfredo Sauce
1 (16 oz) package of Penne Pasta Noodles
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
2 cups Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
1 (15 oz) container of Ricotta Cheese
1 cup Sour Cream

Wow that's a lot of ingredients!!!!

Here's How To:

Step 1: Sauté the chicken in a large pan then set aside.
Step 2: Boil Penne pasta in a large pot of water according to the directions on the package. Drain the water and return the pasta to the pot.
Step 3: Add all the remaining ingredients into the pot except for the mozzarella cheese. Stir together to combine.
Step 4: Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle the top generously and evenly with the mozzarella.
Step 5: Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
